The Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce holds it 16th Annual Business Development awards dinner on September 19, 2012 at The Essex Manor in Bloomfield.  Recipients must have made major capital investments or improvements to their property, bringing confidence in the local business community.  Sponsoring the evening event was Gold, Schumacher Chevrolet and Supporting Sponsors was N.L.
