The Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce (SECC) held its annual golf outing and scholarship awards luncheon on June 16th at the Forest Hill Field Club in Bloomfield. Recipients of scholarships must be a graduating senior who reside in the three towns that we support; Bloomfield, Belleville or Glen Ridge that will be attending a college in the fall to further their education in business.
