The
Firm is a general practice firm but concentrates in
certain areas of Law including Personal Injury, Commercial
and Residential Real Estate Law, Landlord - Tenant,
Estate Planning and Administration, Zoning and Land
Use, Corporate and Collection. With offices located
in Bloomfield and Morristown we are better able to serve
our clients daily schedules by allowing them the opportunity
to meet with us at whichever office is more convenient
on that particular day. Alan J. Markman and Vincent
Leo III are of counsel with the Law Office of Theodore
J. Leo which is a general practice law firm.
Vincent
Leo, III, partner. He received his Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Scranton and his Juris
Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is admitted
to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars as well
as the bar of the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
New York State Bar admission pending. He primarily concentrates
his practice in residential Real Estate, Zoning and
Land Use, Corporate, Estate Planning and Personal Injury.
Alan
J. Markman, partner. He received his Bachelor of
Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University,
cum laude, and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley
Law School, cum laude. He was admitted to the New Jersey
and Pennsylvania State Bars as well as the bar of the
Federal District Court of New Jersey. New York State
Bar admission pending. He has primarily concentrated
his practice in Personal Injury, Residential Real Estate,
Municipal Court matters and Family Law.
Theodore
J. Leo, of Counsel, is the proprietor of the Law
Offices of Theodore J. Leo. He graduated cum laude from
Providence College and graduated from Notre Dame Law
School receiving his J.D. in 1971. He has received a
certification in English and American Law from Kings
College, University of London, in 1970 and attended
the London Institute of World Affairs. He has primarily
engaged in residential and commercial Real Estate and
Estate matters for more than 26 years.
