Maurice is a Wealth Management Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch on Park Avenue in New York City. He works primarily with a select group of highly successful entertainers, c-suite professionals, and business owners who are family oriented, aspire to a work-optional lifestyle, and desire to leave a significant legacy. Maurice and his team of specialists work closely with his clients to streamline their complex situations and capitalize on opportunities to preserve and grow their wealth through a three step values-based personal wealth analysis process. Maurice believes everyone could use a little help, guidance, and certainty in their lives. In his role as a financial advisor he’s able to provide all three. It is truly a rewarding experience to see clients reach milestones and achieve their goals. As H. Maurice was born and raised in New Jersey and currently lives in Bloomfield, NJ. Additionally, Maurice completed his degree locally at Bloomfield College where he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He has a rewarding career in finance and has held various roles over the years. Maurice holds the Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA Registrations, and Life licenses. He also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®) designation and was named to Investopedias Top 100 Financial Advisors List in 2019.

Philanthropy and community is an important part of Maurice’s life which is why he volunteers with Community Options, an organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities. He also is on the board for Powerful Progress, which is a non-profit organization on a mission to build intergenerational wealth by reducing systemic inequities. Maurice is a member of the Prestigious Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and parishioner of the Agape Family Worship Center in Rahway, NJ. Maurice is very active in the Bloomfield College Alumni Association, serving in a variety of capacities. He is also apart of the Essex ToastMasters Club which meets locally in Bloomfield. In his spare time, Maurice enjoys spending as much time as possible with family. They love taking walks, traveling, visiting museums, broadway plays, concerts, and relaxing on the NJ shore during the summer. Maurice resides in Bloomfield with his spouse Jasmine, their witty three year old daughter Winter Rose, super-smart stepson Joey, and their Beta-Fish Harvey.
