Polster is a certified ProAdvisor and business administration graduate based in Bloomfield, NJ. I’m also a husband and a proud father to a very handsome little boy. Thanks to the power of cloud technology, I’m able to partner with business owners across the country—helping them take control of their finances so they can focus on what they do best: growing their businesses.

Early in my career, I discovered a genuine passion for working with people—entrepreneurs, dreamers, and builders who pour everything into their companies. Being part of their journey and contributing to their success is incredibly fulfilling. That passion is what inspired me to launch ScaleSmart Bookkeeping, an accounting firm dedicated to supporting small and medium-sized businesses.

Dr. Lauren Rodriguez, DVM, Born and raised in Newark, NJ. Dr. Rodriguez began her veterinary career at 16 and has been dedicated to animal care ever since. She earned her degree from Ross University and completed her clinical training at LSU, with experience in zoo and exotic animal care. She is certified in veterinary acupuncture and focuses on holistic care, including nutrition and alternative therapies.
